1985

Company established by Mr. Hobbes Huang.
Trading and exporting in sundry items was our main business.

1990

Started to design and manufacture computer and telecommunication accessories. Created the first generation of DB series Gender Changer.

1994

Created the second generation of cable testers, the Multi-Network Cable Tester, which was successfully promoted to worldwide markets.

1998

Developed the "PowerGuard Smart" and the hugely popular third generation of cable tester, The LANtest.

2001

LANID (LAN identifier), fiber optical cable tester, Rack Mount Power Guard, and the Mini Power Guard series were created. Established branches in Tokyo, Japan and Shanghai, China

2003

The Netfinder, Nefinder Pro, E-series Testers, and Smartest TDR were created.

2005

A new line of Wireless Presenters and computer accessories were created.

2007

The TEST-i, NETmapper and SMARTFiber meter were created.

2009

OPTISource single wavelength were created. Powersmith brand was established.

2011

SMARTFinder (coax and F-connerctor cable fault locator) and new upgrade TEST-i, the TEST-i Pro were created.

1986

The business shifted into the trading of Computer accessories.

1993

Expanded the R&D division and created the first generation of cable testers. Obtained the worldwide patent for the "Palm Switch".

1996

Established a branch office in Los Angeles, California, United States

2000

Developed the forth generation of cable tester; the LANtest Pro and NETest. Also established a branch in Beijing, China

2002

Further enhancements and improvements made to the LANtest Pro and NETest.

2004

NETfinder Plus and GIGA-X were created.

2006

The SMARTone and SMARTprobe were created. Further enhancements and improvements made to the LANsmart TDR。

2008

OPTISource two wavelength, four wavelength, SMARTFiber six wavelength, SMARTFiber Pro, Fiber Checker Pro II, HDMImapper and FIBER ID were created.

2010

New version of SMARTFiber four wavelength was created.
